Orders are processed on a scheduled weekly basis.

Because many of our products are special order items, orders may require additional time before shipment.

Estimated processing time: 5–7 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated total delivery time is 10–15 business days, which includes processing and transit time.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Uniform World is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been submitted to our supplier.

Once a special order has been placed with our supplier, it cannot be modified or canceled.
