Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be free of stains, odors, or alterations

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


2. Store Credit Policy

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Store credit:

  • Will be issued after inspection of the returned item

  • Will be provided in the form of a digital code

  • Has no expiration date

  • Can be used on future purchases

Store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


3. Refunds (Limited Cases)

Refunds to the original payment method will only be issued if:

  • The item received was defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product was unavailable after purchase

Refund processing time is 5–10 business days after approval.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Special order items

  • Custom or embroidered items

  • Personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale merchandise

  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

Special order items are products ordered specifically from our suppliers to fulfill a customer purchase.


5. Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to availability and follow the same eligibility rules.

Exchanges for special order items are not guaranteed and may require additional processing time.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been submitted to our supplier.

Once a special order has been placed with our supplier, it cannot be canceled.


8. Delivery & Processing Awareness

Customers acknowledge that many items are special order and may require additional processing time before shipment.

By completing a purchase, customers agree to the estimated processing and delivery timelines shown at checkout.
